Do you think you are “Hot and Spicy”? Then this is the chance for you to appear on the Prima Kottu Mee calendar for the year 2010. All you have to do is fill in the form below along with a recently taken photograph of yourself and submit it before the 30th of October, 2009. Selection criteria: First the uploaded photographs will be screened. Then the short listed applicants will be interviewed by a panel of judges and the decision of the final selection of 12 girls and 12 boys will be done by officials assigned by Prima Kottu Mee. The Calendar launch event will be organized by Prima Kottu Mee by the end of the year 2009. Terms and conditions: ● All applicants below 16 years of age should accompany an authorization letter from their parents/guardian to appear on the calendar. ● There will be special gifts for the selected 24 individuals on behalf of appearing for the Prima Kottu Mee calendar and the launch event. ● Prima Kottu Mee holds the right to use the photographs of the selected 24 individuals in any of their other communication materials. ● The screening of the candidates & the final 24 models will be at the discretion of Prima Kottu Mee and assigned officials, which will be the final decision.
